Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the SUPERCLAWS service operated by SUPERCLAWS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using SUPERCLAWS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
SUPERCLAWS provides an AI-powered personal executive assistant that operates via Telegram. The service allows subscribers to delegate tasks such as research, email drafting, scheduling assistance, document creation, and related knowledge work to an AI agent. The service is powered by Kimi 2.5 and may incorporate additional AI models over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using SUPERCLAWS, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. Account Registration
To access the service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@superclaws.io if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial
SUPERCLAWS offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Both plans include a 3-month free trial period. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee at the conclusion of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
- Monthly Plan: $29.00 per month after the trial period.
- Annual Plan: $199.00 per year after the trial period.
All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in these terms. Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing upon 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
6. Credits
Each subscription plan includes 1,000 credits per billing month. One credit corresponds to one message exchanged with the AI assistant. At the end of each billing cycle, 50% of unused credits (up to a maximum of 500 credits) carry forward to the next cycle. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or sold.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@superclaws.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your paid period. Cancellation during a free trial results in no charge.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity or facilitate illegal acts.
- Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group.
- Generate or distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service by automated means without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the service for any purpose that violates these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service. By submitting content, you grant SUPERCLAWS a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. SUPERCLAWS retains all rights to the service, underlying technology, and any improvements or derivatives thereof.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SUPERCLAWS makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information produced by the AI assistant.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUPERCLAWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or prominent notice within the service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
